About The Researcher
Tammé McCowin is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Phoenix working to earn a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She earned her Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University (WSU) and Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU).

Ms. McCowin has more than 10 years experience designing, developing and implementing interactive new media technologies and human performance solutions. Her multidisciplinary skill set comprises expertise in instructional and information technologies, communications design, digital media, engineering, and leadership. The breadth of her knowledge and experience, embody work experience with many organizations including Delphi Automotive Systems, Visteon Corporation, Compuware Corporation, WSU, Ratheyon Professional Services, OE Learning, Preolis Interactive, Inc., Wayne County Community College District, Wayne State University, Macomb Community College, and Intel Corporation.

Recently much of her work has been focused on learning and performance technologies with an emphasis in human performance and development in all areas of new media including: instructional systems design, curriculum development, corporate training and eLearning development, learning management systems, human factors engineering and web application development.

In her free time, she spends time with family and friends. She enjoys reading, creative writing, listening to music, watching movies, playing video games, producing multimedia, and staying current in her profession as an integrated media professional.
